Active, human APE2 enzyme, full-length, His-tagged protein expressed and purified from baculovirus-infected insect cells. The enzyme has been thoroughly validated with the Transcreener dAMP Assay Kit. For specific activity, please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for each individual enzyme lot. Purity is >70% in a composition of 10 mM Tris-HCl, 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, 20% Glycerol, pH 7.5.

Active APE2 Enzyme – Ready for Inhibitor Discovery

The assay demonstrates linearity when raw data is converted to dAMP using a standard curve. The enzyme buffer included 50 mM Tris (pH 7.5), 5 mM MgCl₂, 2 mM DTT, 0.01% Triton. The Detection Mix included 20 μg/mL dAMP antibody, 4 nM dAMP Alexa Fluor 633 tracer, and 1X Stop & Detect Buffer B. The APE2 enzyme reaction took place for 120 minutes at 30°C. The Detection Mix was added, incubated at room temperature for 90 minutes, and read with a CLARIOstar plate reader.
