Active, human VPS4B (AA 1-444) full-length protein expressed and purified from E.Coli. The enzyme has been thoroughly validated with the Transcreener ADP Assay Kit. For specific activity, please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for each individual enzyme lot. Purity is 95% in a composition of 50 mM Tris-HCl, 500 mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol, pH 8.0.

Active VPS4B Enzyme – Ready for Inhibitor Discovery

The assay demonstrates linearity when raw data is converted to ADP using a standard curve. The enzyme buffer included 50 mM HEPES pH 7.5, 10 mM MgCl₂, 50 mM KCl, 5 mM DTT, 0.01% Triton. The enzyme reaction took place for 120 minutes at 37°C. The ADP Detection Mix included 1X Stop & Detect Buffer B, 4 nM ADP² Alexa Fluor 633 Tracer, and 9.64 µg/mL ADP antibody. The Detection Mix was added, incubated for 60 minutes at room temperature, and read on a plate reader.
