We are pleased to announce that BellBrook Labs is partnering with the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research (LIMR) to provide access to an innovative Orthogonal Pooled Screening (OPS™) Platform. The OPS™ Platform provides drug discovery researchers with a drastically more efficient and less expensive approach for finding new leads from a pre-filtered library of more than 100,000 compounds. Compounds are custom dispensed into “assay-ready” 384 well plates at 10 compounds per well, with each compound in duplicate, for a net 5-fold decrease in the number of wells required for screening.
For example, you can screen a pilot set of 8,000 compounds in five 384-well plates, which can easily be accomplished using manual dispensing and plate-reading equipment. LIMR will identify hits based on your cut-off criteria using their proprietary data mining software and provide cherry-picked compounds for dose response and secondary assays.
